APPOINTMENTS

We are by-appointment only.  You can book an appointment by using the contact page here. We require a $40.00 deposit to book and hold an appointment. This $40.00 deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.

Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an online consent form that MUST be completed and signed prior to your procedure.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Short-notice rescheduling, cancellations, and no-shows result in significant losses for our studio. We completely understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we are happy to accommodate appointment changes when possible. We kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation requests.

No-shows, cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, or arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your $40 deposit.

If your service includes a complimentary touch-up/check-up session, the appointment must be scheduled and completed within six (6) weeks of your original procedure date. We highly recommend scheduling your complimentary touch-up before leaving the studio after your initial appointment.

​

Rescheduling a complimentary touch-up appointment with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a $40 rescheduling fee. Please note that all touch-up appointments must still be completed within the original six (6) week period.

 

After the six (6) week window, the complimentary touch-up will no longer apply, and an additional touch-up fee of $150–$200 will be charged depending on the procedure performed.

LIMITATIONS

Our clients must be at least 18 years of age. We DO NOT perform our procedures on pregnant or nursing women. By law, we cannot allow children under the age of 18 in the procedure area. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR SALON EXCEPT FOR SERVICE ANIMALS.

 

PLEASE BE ON TIME

Treatments need their allocated time for best results; we cannot rush or cut corners. It is in your best interest to complete and return the consent form that is sent to you prior to your scheduled appointment.  Accordingly, please arrive for your appointment ten (10) minutes before your scheduled time. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.

 

TIPPING

Tipping is customary for good service and usually average between 10 percent to 20 percent of treatment price. All tips are much appreciated and go directly to your specialist!

CONTRA-INDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS

We may require doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.
